Zenno Surveyor was running in the upper class of field for the first time. He jumped off not as fast as his usual. The jockey was aggressive to get a good position. He settled down in 3rd position. He was traveling fine even he got a lot of kickback of dirt. He was guided to outside in the straight. 1 furlong out, he passed the horses in front and looked he had the race, but 2 horses was charging from behind. He finished 3rd place, beaten 1 1/2 lengths.
He didn’t win but he showed that he is well capable to compete in this class.

Flautista was the hot favorite for this race. She was 2nd last 2 outings.
She came out the gate fine and got a handy position on inside, settled down in 7th position. She was traveling well through the race. In homestretch she had a wall of horses in front of her. The Jockey Mirco Demuro guided her to outside and started stretching her stride. She won comfortably.
It was the first time she tried over 1600m, she had no problem with the distance. Now on she have to compete in stronger field but we look forward to see how she does.

Bit Rate was the 2nd favorite for this race. She jumped off very fast so she was pushed out to the front before the first turn. She gave the front to another horse which is the eventual winner. She settled in 2nd position around the turn.
The horse in front kicked for home in the straight and Bit Rate could not keep up with him but she held the other runners from behind and finished 2nd place.
It was the best course and distance for Bit Rate. She was the 2nd best today but she tried very hard.
