Charreada ran in a maiden race, even though she had not run before. Because there weren’t suitable 3 year olds newcomers race this time of the year.
She broke slowly compared to the other experienced runners. The Jockey didn’t rush to get a position. She started making up some ground around the turn on outside. She was in mid field coming into the straight. She stretched her legs and hit the front easily. She won by 1 1/4lengths.
Charreada showed and proved us that she has good sense and attitude toward running. She seems to be a typical filly by the Champion Sire, Deep Impact.

Pinstripe had not run over 4 months. It was a Handicapped race and Pinstripe was carrying the top weight and the hot favorite.
He came out the gate very fast, got 2nd position. The Jockey was trying very hard to not let him go in front. He was on bridle coming into the straight and passed the front runner easily and went away. He won by 3 lengths in the end.
He was a different class of horse here, even though he was carrying the top weight.

Meisho Solare won the maiden over jumps last time out and it was the first time running in an upper class.
He was going well over fences but the Jockey had hard time settle him down.
The pace was slow so he was pushed out to be the front. He gradually went away from other horses. He kept that margin till finish and won by 3 1/2lengths.
