Bit Rate waited for 1400m of Kyoto meeting. She had not run since last February, but she was the favorite for this race.
She jumped off fast and got an ideal position, settled in 3rd position.
She traveled nicely looking at the two horses in front. She started chasing the front in the straight. She closed at home but she was 3/4 length and a head short. She finished in 3rd place.
Bit Rate tried very hard this time as she always does, even the ground was favored to front runners.

Edenhall had not run over 3 months. He freshened up well for this race.
He was slow into the stride so he started from the back of field. He gradually made up some ground going 4 wide. Coming into the straight, he was going 5 or 6 wide.
He never stopped his acceleration till the finishing line and passed everyone. He won impressively.
It was the 3rd time he has won for us since he came to join our stable last September.
