Rainbow Song ran 2 weeks ago. That time she finished 4th in the same sort of race. This time she was 8th choice in the race.
Rainbow Song was not fast from the gate but pushed to get a good position before the first turn. She settled in 3rd position.
She was the first one to come off the bridle before coming into the straight. She stayed on and tried really hard. Eventually, she chased the winner and shortened a head, finished 2nd.
Rainbow Song continued to run consistently for last two time. The Jockey Mickael Barzalona and Rainbow Song seem get on really well.

Sardona had not run since last September. She was 2nd favourite in the race.
She Jumped off well and took advantage of inside draw, looking at front group of runners and settled in mid field.
Before coming into the straight, she was guided to the out and chosen to run her in better conditions of turf. She tried hard to catch the front. She could not manage to catch one more and finished 2nd.
Sardona ran well considering she didn’t like the soft ground.

Bit Rate came back to run again in 2 week. She finished 9th last time out. She was 9th choice in the race. The last race brought her up and she was much better condition for this race.
She was the first one out of the gate. She got a good position, looking at the front runners and settled in 5th position.
She quickened nicely in the straight and chasing the eventual winner but could not close to the winner. She was beaten 1 length to 2nd.
It was a brave effort and proved that she is well able to compete in this class.
